Information we use

We use account details, access and payment references, immutable question attempts, confidence responses, error classifications, reports, and essential security logs to provide and improve the service.

Payment information

Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by FRCEM Progress. We retain provider references and payment status needed to grant and audit access.

Revision data

Your attempts support progress reporting and aggregate question-quality analytics. Private revision notes are not public.

Your choices

You can update profile information and request account deletion from your account settings. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
