Information we use

We use account details, access and payment references, permanent question-attempt records, confidence responses, error classifications, reports, and essential security logs to provide and improve the service.

Payment information

FRCEM Progress does not receive or store card or bank-account credentials. Stripe handles that sensitive payment information. We retain Stripe references plus transaction amounts and successful or failed payment statuses so that we can reconcile payments and provide accurate access to the site.

Revision data

Your attempts support progress reporting and aggregate question-quality analytics. Private revision notes are not public.

Your choices

You can update profile information and request account deletion from your account settings. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
